My brother and SIL run Spanish Immersion daycares around the Twin Cities, one in Minneapolis.
And though their employees and clients are all citizens or here legally, with all the focus on daycares and immigration zeroing in on Hispanic people, they are having trouble getting employees to show out of fear they or their families will be detained.
One of their recent hires had to get a ride home from them because her mom and sister were detained coming to pick her up.

So SIL did an interview for a local news segment, she's the first one.
