Context: The new city council member who was just sworn in on Monday for that neighborhood is Soren Stevenson, who lost his eye after being shot in the face with a rubber bullet by the Minneapolis police while protesting the murder of George Floyd, who was murdered just a few blocks from where this is now happening.

First shot he was already to the left and leaning over the side panel and hood to fire point blank through the windshield, he may have been bumped by the front left corner of the car on one leg, but it was pulling away to the right away from him and the majority of his body was already to the side of the vehicle's path.
Second and third shots which were likely what killed her, were from a position of complete safety and directly into and possibly even reaching partially through her open driver's side window aimed directly at her head.

I have just viewed the clip of the event which took place in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is a horrible thing to watch. The woman screaming was, obviously, a professional agitator, and the woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing and resisting, who then violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the ICE Officer, who seems to have shot her in self defense. Based on the attached clip, it is hard to believe he is alive, but is now recovering in the hospital. The situation is being studied, in its entirety, but the reason these incidents are happening is because the Radical Left is threatening, assaulting, and targeting our Law Enforcement Officers and ICE Agents on a daily basis.
They are just trying to do the job of MAKING AMERICA SAFE. We need to stand by and protect our Law Enforcement Officers from this Radical Left Movement of Violence and Hate!
