when i got my hvac replaced, they sold me on some kind of maintenance plan

what i didnt realize at the time is that it meant they bug the shit out of me every month, and reminders several times daily, to come into my home and inspect shit presumably to find whatever they could bill me for

i just stopped answering calls and responding to the texts but holy shit is that the worst business model ever imo

I enjoy buying my own hoagie ingredients and making my own.

There are maybe five exceptions to what is good food in a convenience store or a convenience or fast food restaurant.

Most of those places are using cheap ingredients. There use to be in the early 2000s a huge influence to get food and supplies from locally owned businesses. Now everyone wants to eat at convenience stores and corporate restaurants again.

I like a Walmart. Not much else.
