2. Boil until fork pokes them soft.
3. Drain and mash with cream/butter/garlic/yummers.

I bought a kit to grow portobello mushrooms and good lort now I have several pounds of fresh mushrooms, and that was just the first flush. More are growing, too. I am so pumped.
