My wife was so pissed this afternoon. She's apparently been fighting with our insurance company since like August for some stuff my daughter had. She was So Pissed lol.

I asked to look at the bills and it was because she took our daughter to a Naturopath and Chiropractor. I told her that neither of those has any science backing them, and there is no way any health insurance would ever cover garbage pseudoscience. My wife has a Masters in Public Health from Yale.

So now she is also pissed off at me.

Idk, my insurance has covered chiropractic. Not at 100%, but some discount.

Granted, I haven't been back since 2016-2017, but that's maybe for other reasons.

I don't go to a chiropractor because I don't need "medicine" doled out by a ghost in a seance. Also my cousin had a cervical stroke from a "neck adjustment" at one. It took her years to get back to "normal".

My son used his own money from his bank account to get a laptop computer. I was super happy about that, I work with young people all the time and they literally don't know how computers work. They have no idea about the file system at all. So I was happy my son was getting in on it.

I walk in his room the other day and he's making shit in Blender That learning curve is VERY high. I've tried and given up many times with Blender. But with youtube and a pc, I guess you can do anything.

fyi, ive created a new measuring system for small engine sub 1 hp to make things easier, besides, half a horse has zero power because it’s basically dead anyway, so like, yeah

sticking with the barnyard animal theme, the new unit will use chicken power

for instance, im p sure my weed eater is as powerful as 40 chickens, so its a 40cp. how easy was that?
