i've never seen any of the new trek shows aside from one episode of picard, which was bad. they all look pretty bad and the clips i have seen, probably selectively chosen for their badness, have been pretty bad.

there's also the 50 cowboy shows that republican billionaire ranch guy pumps out every year.
i think most of those are prequels going back one generation after another.

they look boring as hell.

GIANT old man hog in the opening of Episode 2 made me lol.

One moment that I LOL was the pooping behind the tree

Sometimes I'll finish an episode 1 and think, "this is great. I'm going to get tired of it fast tho."

I feel weird about crapping out on The Chair Company two episodes in.

the earlier you crap out, the less impact the show has emotionally later in life

Got used to the S1&2 binge, now I have to wait a week between eps.

I do appreciate the weekly drops.
Kind of like, sorry for breaking your brain, how about acting like your family twenty years ago.

I only watch that and The Pitt right now, but yeah, at least it's something to look forward to each week since I have nothing else.
