Yeah we gettin lit and going shopping fam.
Not legal here🥺
dont worry it will be legal everywhere soon or itll be illegal everywhere again its cool theres no way to know succumb
The legislation banning hemp-derived THC is going to end most of the Minnesota beer industry if it's not repealed or whatever.
So many breweries hanging on where the margin between life and death is made up by THC bevvies.
Youngsters ain't drinkin like they used to.

wont someone think of the drunk kids
We need an ad campaign to get them to drink more poison STAT.
I mean yes, it will fuck things up big time before anyone was able to pass new legislation, but eventually.
I just got back from arizona. It's legal there. But in Scottsdale Arizona it's illegal to smoke anywhere public. We even saw a sign that said smoking is illegal, you can smoke in your car with the windows up. Scottsdale was a nutty town to me.
Maie just constantly smells like it. everywhere.

Couldn't states individually re-legalize it?
It's legal in Minnesota.
But the regulatory mechanisms are totally different
and breweries and other businesses that have been able to integrate hemp-derived THC
will not be able to afford essentially the entire separate facility to do regular weed-based THC.
I'm saying couldn't the Minnesota state government, for example, pass legislation to legalize hemp-derived THC if it becomes illegal at the federal level? They could even pass something now if they wanted, I imagine.
Maybe I'm wrong about how that would work, but isn't that what states did with weed?

The other problem is banking. If it's illegal federally, you can no longer use banks the same way.
The reason most dispensaries are cash-only.
The reason most dispensaries are cash-only.
People who work in the cannabis industry have a hard time securing mortgages too, because banks won't give you a loan once they find out you work for a dispensary.
I cough way too much with my tender pink sissy lungs when I hit the soup vape, been thinking maybe try shroom soup again. Back in the Day, used to harvest shrooms in the fall, and quite enjoyed them, but it's been a very long time since I last did them.

You ever been so high, you find yourself staring at the lawn, leaves, whatever and thinking you might see a pattern so you uncross your eyes and try to do the magic eye thing?
they made Delta 8 and THCa illegal again in my state. I've been buying it from a neighbor state and having it shipped to me anyway. I hope I don't get caught even though I never buy more than 1/2 oz at a time.
they made it even more legal here

Turns out it is a pastor of some crazy pro life church.
In Maine, the secretary of state’s office lists Colin T.R. Mack, of Brunswick, as the main proponent behind the initiative petition. Mack did not return a phone call from Cannabis Business Times.
Madison Carey, of Gorham, was listed as the campaign’s primary applicant on the petition, which her husband, Travis Carey, also signed. The Careys, who lead the Calvary Chapel of Greater Portland, shared testimonials of their drug addiction recoveries on the church’s website.
Maine state Sen. Scott Cyrway, R-Albion, who serves as a D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) coordinator and mentor, also signed the petition application, as did Nicholas Adolphsen, of Rockport, the executive director of the Maine Christian Civic League. Adolphsen previously served as a policy adviser to former Republican Gov. Paul LePage.

Don't plug it into your computer.
don’t sit on it bare ass without one of those protector paper things
Hopefully you survived and it did not have anything wonky in it
It's weird how pot is the only drug that when you find some, you think, 'oh boy! I'm gonna smoke this for sure!' When would you even consider that if you found a baggie of unidentified pills?
were there any suppositories in that baggie?
bro u can just put stuff in ur ass if u want it doesn't have to be a suppository
i have probably found 6 ground bags in my journeys and only 1 wasnt worth smoking, didnt even try it. all the others were fine. the longest time off i took was maybe 10 months in 97. it ended when I stepped on an envelope on Wilson avenue and could feel through my shoe and the paper that it was weed. scooped it and checked on the train and it was a 1/2 oz. took it as a sign to start again lol
Oh dang, just remembered I found a small bag once as well and smoked it.
I also remember when I found a huge bag of mushrooms on the sidewalk.
