I feel like there has to be more to the story with the porn. I don't feel like you download a bunch of porn and a few pictures of kids accidentally gets on there, and suddenly you are investigated and on house arrest and have to register as a sex offender.

Guy worked with me at the ren faire in NY. Got arrested for having over 2k pictures of under 18 girls. He was 22 years old, the websites he visited were barely legal types.
In the end, they got him on the thumbnails of girls that kind of download when you see a website as a whole. If that makes sense. He did not click on the thumbnails, but because they loaded on his screen when he visited the website, he was in possession of them.

I dont know. Thats what the lawyers said. I also saw a thing where i you had downloaded the Ep files, that you could be charged with possession of CP.
