I went to a music show tonight
and the artist reminded me of what can only be described as an old tire swing in a dulcimer shop.
Also i have a neck crick and standing straight for 1.5 hours did not go well for me.

We've been snowed/iced in since Saturday. I bought the essentials Friday (beer, milk, propane, big foam #1 finger), but we just ran out of eggs. I can't drive anywhere because the roads are ice. I'm thinking about walking to the store, but it'll probably be a couple of hours round trip. Which isn't a big deal, I guess. I have some knock-off yak trax. I guess I'll take a backpack. I have a neighbor friend with a 4wd truck who offered to take me anywhere, but idk, I'm more of a diy guy. And I've got nothing better to do. I should listen to a podcast. But right now I'm pooping.

The water department pounded on my door when I was home sick from work a few weeks ago, saying I needed to schedule a water meter replacement and I was overdue and they didn't want to have to shut my water off. That was the first I heard of this. So i called and set up a time for today.

So I data requested the recorded phone call.
Made it to the store. Man, I overdressed for that hike.

i wiped out slipping-on-a-banana-peel-in-a-cartoon style earlier
i was barely moving while waiting for the light to change at a crowded intersection, moved my left foot slightly and i guess i put too much weight just as it neared some slush and the rug pulled and i landed directly on my back under my left shol blade
pharaonically laid my head back for a second in shame, announced "i'm okay" and got back up fairly quickly
literally 10-15 people around me no one cared
i waved to the people waiting for the light on the other side and also said "i'm ok" and none cared over there either, no one even smiled i don't think
anyway went about my day in mild soreness depending on how i was standing or sitting, and when i got home i expected a huge bruise but i just checked and there no bruise but it did "hurt" or was a strain to pull sweater over head
im assuming i'm fine or i'll die
should i sleep on an ice pack tonight?
is already sleep flat on my b anyway
gonna see if some kind of workout is possible now then have a shower and hopefully the heat helps
