my ex's childhood friend was riding a horse in her 20s. Horse got scared by someone, bucked her off, and she was in a coma for a few months. Very scary.

That's not what I mean. There are sorts of reasons Floridians do not participate in the cruise industry. I mean war figuratively.

And Florida is in a state of undeclared emergency. We're in the current POTUS vacation state. We're dealing with a lot.

I literally cannot go see my family in the neighboring city nor to the store. I'm having to order everything.

It looks and feels like business as usual here unless you're from here.

Basically for some people here. I just take my phone and imaginary dog if I have to go. But lately I just order each week. I hate going anywhere.

The bars, restaurants, and even parks are all overtaken by people who are not here to do legit business. There here to cause problems or piss off the government.
