Just started doing some book listening, just finished all of the dungeon crawler carl series, about half way through cats cradle, looking for some more entertaining type stuff, like the DCC series.

Any recommendations?

drizzt first book crashed on me recently
before that, something about the microbiome (with annoying ai speech, please stop doing this rippers, i'd rather read it)
before that, the kurgesagt immunity book, 'Immune', really good

I'm on like the 27th Drizzt book from Salvatore. They're still good, but I gotta change things up after a couple in a row. They're getting pretty random.

i am playing baldurs gate 1 and i met up with him a few weeks ago and i was like 'i know you! famous person!' and then he killed some orcs and left immediately

It's a lot, really, but the world is worth it. Some characters are amazing, others are "gosh I wish this person had been killed in the first chapter"

Imagine the throw away treasure chest in a low level dungeon is actually a mimic, but still totally ignorable. That thing actually is the main character and slowly evolves by consuming others in a moderately funny litRPG style of writing.

Similar to dungeon crawler Carl in styling but wholly different characters, realm, story, etc.
